@Kev@KAM also sells the same kit if you'd like to support the traders ;)...
I think what you're trying to say is make sure your wheels are pointed in the direction you want to go when you plant your foot, because that's where you'll be headed with a plated diff.
Worth noting that the Gripper will need servicing after a year or so i believe and then it's good for 2-3 years depending on which ramp setup you have.
First service is included in the price of the diff.
Quite common for people to change the FD with a Gripper, however it is a bigger expense on top so it depends on what tracks you're likely to use it on.
I've never heard of that before 😂
That's mad.
Sounds like you've tried everything tbh, even new clocks.
Only other thing I can think of is the earths under the dash top. Can't remember how many possibly 2 or 3. Definitely ones in the centre and one on the passenger side.
You'll see them if...
New genuine rear discs are just over £100 for the pair. I'd just get them and refit, making sure you have the spacer on and the correct way round behind the disc.
New bearings are probably £30-40 a side, plus labour to get them pressed in.
Yes I've used them once and also quite a bit on the road.
Really good, although I'd probably go for W6 for dedicated track work.
I was using PBS ProRace before and these have more bite and appear to wear very well. Still running PBS pads in the rear.
