Maybe it's time to adopt the "carry round less fuel in order to use less" strategy? I reckon your fuel consumption increases by 1.5% per half a tank of petrol due to the extra mass. On a more promising note throwing out 3 passengers would increase your fuel economy by circa 25% :rasp:
