not at all, they are very good for the money and many 1.2 owners on here use them, i found them to be very stiff and the ride wasnt great but the handling was very good just make sure you have good tyres on in it especially in the wet cos the stiff suspension can cause bad over/understeer...
yeah its an '04, i really want turinis but cant afford them at the moment i think standard wheels arent too bad on an iceburg though, my car will be in b&q car park most nights or at screwfix on mondays and tuesdays so there should be plenty of chance to spot me!

i drove a 1.2 for 2 years, great fun cars especially with coilovers on! i now have a 172 and am 19 and it was definetly worth the wait just to gain some experience and get rid of that "i have just passed my test and i am now micheal schumacher" feeling you get, i would definetly buy a 1.2 clio...
Yeah definetly, makes me realise how much of a prick i must of been ragging my 1.2 around, was a fun car tho, and now the belts are done i can properly give it some without worring about it in the back of my mind
