PE2s all round. Eagle F1s has just as good traction but PE2s corner a bit better I think. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to F1s if the price was right. They do wear quicker though so take that into account on price differences.

Maybe try unselect all on the apps tab, then select all, then apply and then sync. That's off the top of my head but that's how I've done something similar before.

I'm not too sure on your restore issues but if you download the apps again on your iPhone via AppStore you won't have to pay again. When you select 'buy', it'll pop up a message (can't remember if before or after asking for your password) saying you've already bought it so it's free.
