Resistors from Maplins buddy but as @Austin-182 says there is loads of guides to follow.
You can have it done properly if you know a mechanic with Renaul Clip - try Mick at Diamond Motors.
Is it an original steering wheel that you're having re-furbed? If it is you should have no issues with the air bag lights.
If it's an aftermarket steering wheel with no airbag you can put resistors in the wiring circuit to trick it.
Went to ORS 2017 at Brooklands on Saturday and had a great day. Good to catch up with a lot of fellow enthusiasts/friends :)
There all day and didn't take one photo, lol. But 'borrowed' a few:
And one of the RB:
As said it sounds like the boot solenoid given up. Dead simple to change - don't take it to a garage as they will rob you. Where are you? I have a couple of solenoid here.
It shouldn't have blamed on it due to it having xenon a but the washer jets are just ugly and didn't work anyway. 182's don't colour code the blanks it was only the 172 cups.
It really works spot on and makes the seats look great. I was going to source a mint seat but not much of an urgency...

Interior spruce up.
Bought one of the lint removers, I was always a bit of sceptic but it worked really well and de-bobbled the chairs brilliantly
Exterior - wash and wax ready for the morning :)
@Willliams this was what I was putting back together when you text me, lol. Looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday :) what time do we need to be there? I'm 3 hours away from Brooklands according to AA route planner.
Thanks Steve, changing the coolant pot was a spear of the moment thing as putting it all back together and thought it just didn't look right/clean - onto Euro Car Parts website and one in stock for a tenner and just up the road from me :)
Yes it's Type D coolant from Renault - love the colour of...

I'm sure this is the one I went to view at Doncaster last month, ran sweet but needed a LOT of work required to get it to my standards and he wanted a crazy price for it 😧
But much respect to @MICKnBEV for taking on this resto project - and vees look sweet
