    Brembo front calliper conversion questions.

Good thread. Speaking to Tim on Saturday at the Wales trophy meet and he said they're from the Clio 197 and need adapters but he mentioned having to mill 5mm off the caliper?

    Mossy's Cars

For a rebuild of the front Sachs you have 2 options mate. 1. BG Motorsport. 2. Cornering Force. Both have good reviews but it seems Cornering Force are a little cheaper. There was a chap on Clio trophy doing them and doing a cracking job but I think he has stopped now :( due to other work pressure.

    Polarised wheel bolts

This could be a big possibility. Maybe a bit of tape around the heads when tightening up.

    Mossy's Cars

Thanks mate. Sachs were rebuilt a couple of years ago but hardly any mileage so still going strong internally but externally didn't look good so sanded them down and gave a few coats of silver hammerite. Main issue was finding replacement gaiters as you can't get them and mind were split. I...

Help: Passenger Side Driveshaft Inner Boot

Removed my passenger side driveshaft as it was leaking gearbox oil from the inner gaiter area. I thought it was a split gaiter but once removed it was the gaiter that had been dislodged and clip come off to one side. I have refitted the gaiter and jubilee clipped it on, will this be ok?
