Hi So this is on my 182 trophy. The joint has been blowing for a week now, so I took it to the local exhaust place today to put up on a ramp to see what the problem was. One of the bolts has totally corroded and no longer has the spring and on the other side the bolt has pulled though the down...

Hi I have the k-tec kit which I'm really happy about it but with reading and being told horror stories about the k-tec air filter going down the trumpets into the engine. I'd like to change the filter set up for a better make. I've got a PH 1 172 so I'd like to know if anyone with the k-tec itbs...

Most 3D tv's have Internet access built into them. When I was looking for a new tv the 3D ones where the only ones with built in wi-fi and HD free sat / free view which most 2D don't have.

Brembo max grooved front discs with RC-6 pads and braided lines. On the rear normal renault discs with RC-5 pads. Never had any brake fade with this set up.

It is very good stuff on normal road car brake dust and no need for scrubing. With my track clio with RC 6 pads it cleaned them up very well with some scrubing but didn't really touch the baked on brake dust. Im going to try some brick cleaning acid like what Daniel has said and see if that can...

Yes.. I've got the kit and gen 90. Only thing I'd do differently if I knew at the time of install is to have a better air filter than what's suppiled with the kit and get a shorter radiator like the polo rad or a custom one but that's even more expense.

This might be a stupid question but have you checked continuity of the connection to the fuel pump. Just in case there's a dry joint as it was working. That's if you soldered the wires that is.

Pretty sure there's only 2 different types. Cup wishbones and non cup. There's loads of theads about it.

Re: Finding the RIGHT Clio Sport to buy.. Pretty sure due to the seats and dark wheels it's a cup. Not sure if the owner knows what they have as its described as having pastel blue body work!!

Quaiffe LSD is the best mod I've got on mine. There just awesome, makes the already grippy clio even more so and there's absolutely no understeer. Yes there a bit expensive for no power increase and you can't see it but I can't recommend them highly enough. Get one you won't regret it.

Thanks to Jon for organising a well run day and it was good to meet some people from the forum. My clio went well which I was glad about after reading horror stories and thanks to Dan for spending time confirming things for me.

Good to meet you at SRR. It's a shame you've got this problem with the starting but going on your result at least when it has started the engine is in good nick.

Hi Is it possible to remove the grill with out taking the bumper off ?? I want to change the headlight but can't get it out. I've changed the near side head light a couple of years ago and I'm sure I did it with out taking the bumper off. I'm sure I used a guide from here but I can't seem to...

Re: how much have u sunk into ure clio Well I've owned my ph 1 form new. It only had 8 miles on the clock when I got it from Dover docks as it is an import. It. Cost me £10999. In 13 years I've easily spent that amount and more modifying it and I still haven't finished it lol

I've got these too.. Once going there much better than OEM mounts but on idle the vibration is pretty bad. Gear selection is much improved Supposedly I've got the new k-tec race mounts (not the orange metal mount just the rubber part i guess)even tho there harder. Definitely wouldn't have them...

Yep it's starting to look good to me too. On K-tec face book page is a pic of a cup racer...I'm liking the looks of that as well.
