Liking that! could do with the PH2/trophy spoiler though... think it would still be a LY PH2 V6 with the alloys painted gloss black for me though
Nicechoice of wheel colour ;), get the rest of the car colour coded & it should look pretty smart, would have done the 172 dual optics over the angel eyes though
Now thats scary! nice find & just in time ashy_gtt
So the question is would this unit normally fail? or was the car in a bash by a previous owner etc that has weakend it.. that is the question as i shore as hell would not like that @ 100+ jellybabys an hour
If she does not sell on here it will be off to Piston heads :(... had decent amount of interest so who knows, would prefer it to go to a fellow Cliosporter;)
10-15 minute drive from me then! I should be around from 2pm onwards saturday mate if thats any good for you, will need to check though with work
James
Comes with standard PH2 172 sport seats - read the add lol
Makes pretty much no noise at all due to standard exhaust.. unless your foots on the floor, the custom airbox set-up gives it a lovely deep growl :D
How far are you from staines, surrey mate?
The finnal bits i wanted done so i could use it on the ring was a DIY cup racer style dash which i was hoping to make with plyboard along with Sattin black door cards made of either Poly carb or Plyboard..
Other than that its pretty much good to go, if your going hardcore track day then...
Have seen the Clio sport blocks cover well over 100k & still make good, if not better power than 50k ago, service it well & theres no reason why it cant go on! Fixed buckets if you really want to fall in love with your cup, Cup & sport seats are the same design & both offer a shite seating...
Right, getting it ( slowly lol ) bare with me :o
So i'll have to fook photo impact off & download Photoshop from some where like this - http://photoshop.e-s0ftware.com/?a=ps&s=gouk&kw=cs3&gclid=CIbEu8nhvpgCFdST3wodmndWaw right? is there some where better i could get it from?
All new to me...
IGNORE HALFORDS TESTING!
My batterey died.. went & got a new one from halfords for the 172 - £52 3 year warranty, while there the guy said are you certain its the batterey.. after a few lines of convo he belived its was the starter motor so surpise surprise new batterey in & she fires first...
Have seen rear shock failure twice now on the 172's, makes them awful to drive, get a pair of new rear dampers & provoiding your tyres are half decent you should be in control again... but if your going coillys just wait till you buy some as the whole lot will be replaced, good starter kits in...
Bazzon, thats what i'm after! looks well smart
So bare with me as i'm still impressed with getting my pics frammed lol! so can i just download this flickr & use it with my current photo impact software or will i need to start all over again?
Thanks,
James
I've seen a few of you photo pro's add a signature/logo to the bottom right hand corner to your pics, almost like a watermark sort of thing, just wondered how you did it? would other software be needed, i currently have Photoimpact on my computer
Thanks,
James
Alan i'll keep my 44+MPG on the motorway thanks :rasp:
On a serious note, the 197's have grown on me alot, esecially with one of those cheeky little spoilers from renault
You could drop another 30-40mm off the height by ditching the runners, only draw back would be being able to adjust the seats back & forth, you could still get people in & out of the back as the seats upper section winds forward enough to do so ;)
Absoulutly great seats, if i didnt have fixed...
