    Front brake pads

If you do a fair few track days I'd go with CL's or DS3000's personally, with some decent fluid.

    Service history

On a car out of warranty i'd always use a specialist.

    My Daily Derv

Like that it looks like an M3 and you haven't put an M badge on it!

    Corsa vxr £820 typo??

Probably all i'd pay for a vxr ;)

    Braided brake lines?

They give a firmer peddle as you don't get the expanding that you'll get with rubber hoses. If you drive 'spirited' you'll notice the difference IMO.

    Farewell from me

Mega track cars. This the turbo? Fell in love with the gearbox when I drove one at brands.

    Colway Formula 2 Tyres

Yep. Tarmac rally tyre that. They use them on a generic rally school in the uk which will remain nameless. They last pretty well, not sure what they are like on track though. And yes they are cheap although not sure they are still made.

    Best front discs

That's why I said Ds3000's and not 2.5's :) the DS2500's aren't up to sole track work either, they're more of a fast road odd track day pad.

    Best front discs

I said many Tony. Which is true from what i've seen (maybe I should have made that clearer sorry mate). Theres a few one make championships that use them like Ma5da but that's bound to be price related as well. I've seen yellows come off the backing plate, they also seem to be pretty hard on...

    Best front discs

For track work, Either DS3000's or Carbone Lorrains IMO. I have used EBC in the past on a number of cars. You won't find many people who compete use them for a good reason, they're poo. But they are cheap which will probably be why people buy them.

MX5 Wheel colour - opinions please

Not keen on those wheels. Silver is the only one that doesn't look shite IMO

    Rainsport all season tyres

I've never used winter tyres. I've also never got stuck either & I work - live in the sticks. Saying that if the snows that bad the tyres aren't going to help that much anyway & I'm sure as hell not going to spend money on tyres to get to work lol. Not a chance. It's only a couple of days...

My Birthday Present to Myself - AMG Content!

Agree'd. Really not keen on the new one at all. Shame as most the other stuff merc are knocking out these days looks mega.

Red are a million times better than green. Still personally wouldn't use anything ebc do on the cars side though.

    Best front discs

There's your problem. green stuff are sh*te! Buy some proper pads mate. Putting different discs on isn't going to help when you've got bourbon biscuits for brake pads.

My Birthday Present to Myself - AMG Content!

They sound a fair bit more grunty.
