when on autotrader, i click on a car to look at then click back i get WEBPAGE HAS EXPIRED? WTF? heres what it suggests i do-but i've checked it and its already "unchecked" ? anyone know whats up?

right i'll try and get an intel then, thing is the laptop i was looking at is amd although there is an alternative with intel, both are dell, s**t"~ late for work, back later!
can someone please explain how they are different, in simple terms please, as i'm not a computer boff, is one better than the other and if so why? i may need to choose one or the other for a laptop, but have no idea which or why lol
