yeah, looks very much like the fly wheel going off that pic, if this is the case is the bhp good or poor for the spec? thought 220/230bhp was acheivable with throttle boddies? or does it need more work to acheive this?

so if i were to continue using the scratch and swirl remover, then the marks might go? i'm afraid they will get worse/bigger. i'll have another go when i get chance on a small area

the mark i've just took off, was like the car had been marked down the side with some kind of rubber off another vehicle, it was about a cm thick at the worst point and about 25cm long, i used the swirl remover for about 5 min, continuesly, appliing quite a bit of pressure, possibly to much? but...

no i didnt mate, is this where i've fucked up? bought the kit, put it away for a month or so, went to dig it out, forgot about the clay stuff, is this the problem?

yeah its the scratch and swirl applier, erm sorry remover, i have no doubt that the products are top notch, just would like to know why its having this effect? i'm using the cloths that came with the set.

how come my chemical guys cleaning kit, leaves light scratches on the bodywork? just had a go at someones car to remove a scrap down the side, it did the job but its left light scratches where i've been rubbing the chemicals in, am i doing something wrong?
