I have exactly the same issue on my cup and had one of the Shafts done that was showing Wear, but the issue still remains (Although it has improved) It looks like I may have to have the other shaft done, otherwise its a case of looking inside the gearbox on mine :(
Really? Thats changed since I was working at Head Office a few years ago, I know the Servicing Dealerships hold the info if they did the service, but Head Office never used to when i was there.
Working for Nissan Now (So the Renault Sister Company) and we still dont hold any servicing information.
Renault wont hold the S/H for the vehicle, it will only be held at the Servicing Dealership, so unless you know where it was serviced you will be stuck!
