Ouch, i sat & re-read it 3 or 4 times just to make sure i never did this by mistake, as shown, can easily go wrong if you dont understand it.... hope you get it sorted mate ;)
K-tecs one doesnt show filters but i'm sure 99% of people run those air filter socks that slide over the throttle bodies, good performance gains not running any filter but that will soon change when grit up-sets the valve seating = lost compression = shite performance lol

Some times i think it would be ace to have one, but I didnt think the PH1 v6 on a straight drag was any quicker than my 172, dont get me wrong i know pick up from say 70mph the v6 would blow me away with the torque but for the cost of the car + tax + insurance + fuel the 172 was just in my...
Thanks for the input guys, still dont know about going down the AA route..... Spoke to my brother tonight & he needs cover too, RAC do joint cover for 2 people at the same address for £90 = £45 each  , i assume joint cover means 2 diffrent people, 2 diffrent cars just means we need to be...
Basically gotta get my breakdown cover sorted this week, have only had 1 breakdown in the old clio, was with green flag at the time & they were shite, 3 hours to get me towed 8 miles back home  , so dont wanna use them again & have heard bad things with the AA so looks like the RAC are the...

True, they are all 1.2's down there so its not really hard lol, i find that triple carriage way from the gate heading towards that round about hairy, the out side lane gets so narrow, was having a play with a copper s down there thought the turinis were gonna kiss the kerb :dead:

*** I dont not suggest/recomend that you drive on the UK roads like you would on the track ***
Be carefully when doing the thick clear coat mate, have seen it run very easily when doing it that way, just build up around 4 light coats allowing at least 15 mins before going over again, quick guide
Starting from scratch

Then after some 3000 grit wet & dry a...
basically its making the inlets as they really should be but due to mass production & poor casting result in some thing that is not as pretty as it should be lol, can expect upto 10bhp in parts of the power curve  , have been warned not to go the DIY route as they require a fair bit of work :(
But the de-cat sounds sooooo good  , surely the gains are going to be very samilar bhp wise but £70 for a brand new de-cat or £170-£200 for inlets to be done.. inlets are better for insurance side of things as metioned above :) , i plan to get my inlets done this month, i too have the non...
Nothing wrong with Fk's, well any way i have FK koni's :rasp:
What sort of gains are expected with those sort of shock over H&R's etc? surely could be set-up better but would you really notice the diffrence between them? & if you dont mind me asking what did they set you back? shame you'll...
Looking good, Fk koni coillys are very good for the money, £300 cheaper than H&R's & you can adjust camber & damping, needs a front splitter, when ever i see one with out it just looks wrong, sorry lol
Standard airbox with an ITG pannel filter with improved air feeds, Ph1/espace v6 air box with improved air feeds or if your well off the ITG max
