Here's one. What will give a finish like this, but not take forever to dry, and be fairly resilient? To get that finish I had to thin the paint quite a bit and properly lay it on to get it to pool up. But obviously that's laid on thick and will take forever to dry. Is there anything...

Are you removing all of the underseal to see if there's anything wrong and re seal it? Or are you just removing it all to clean it?

I doubt the offending party will be able to replace your car, so I'd go through insurance. If it was just a broke bumper then by all means settle outside of insurance. But they will probably up your premiums as you're now 'more likely to crash again'

Yeah, if it does dry, just spray more onto it and pressure wash it off. Top tip. Get the lemon scent one. It smells like chicken kievs rather than arse
