A new 172 steering wheel? I came out to my car this morning and one of my thumb grips has just melted, expanded and broken off! I couldn't actually believe it. :mad: There was a small crack in it but I cannot believe it can go like this just overnight :(

When I was coming into work today I was turning right and there was an extremely loud "Click" from the steering wheel. It sounded a bit like the noise the indicators make when they turn themselves off after going round a corner but much louder. I had a quick look and couldn't see any trims...

I saw a 197 with a private plate (think it was b9lla). It looked very very nice! You went from the A34 to the M40 (I think). Was the first one I have actually seen on the road :) Is it just a 197 or is it a Cup? It had so much road presence :p

Whose car was it parked up at the Brusters Fair in the Orbital (Cannock) I think it had RSI badges on the side and was slammed on some BBS alloys. Looked nice and low :cool: What have you done to it?

Not the best picture but to the left of the gearstick there is (on my car) a hole (where the circle is). It looks like it should hold an LED or something. I don't have my handbook with me at the moment (left it at my parents when I was cleaning out my car). Anyone got any ideas?

Can anyone recommend a company to use to buy some interior mats for a 2003 172FF? I have seen a link to Justmatz on here, has anyone got a set from them (have you got any pictures of them?).

Signed up a few weeks ago but I have now bought my first Renault (2003 172)! The last few cars I have owned have been VW's so this makes a change :) Few small problems I have noticed with it, the steering wheel has a slight cut in it and there is a small scuff on the front left...
