197 - A34 Oxford (private plate)

I saw a 197 with a private plate (think it was b9lla). It looked very very nice! You went from the A34 to the M40 (I think). Was the first one I have actually seen on the road

Is it just a 197 or is it a Cup? It had so much road presence
