I kind of came to terms with you chopping in an m5 for an r26.r because driver feel and etc
But I didn't realise it was you with the m5 touring! I wouldn't be getting rid of that for a megane.
Epic barge > hot hatches
If your dad is used to a regular sized keyboard I wouldn't recommend a regular sized iPad or iPad mini.
I had a keyboard/stand for my old iPad 4 and it was a bit awkward to use for big documents. Granted, it was much better than the on screen keyboard but still.
I got an iPad pro when they...
I'm aware they're not the best on the market, but they bang on for what I need at the moment. They're Not squeaky, don't fade and bite from cold... And seem to last a while too
Oh I'm not arguing sorry, if Meg owners have experience of them not working then fair enough. But I can't get my head around how they're fine on mine but not megs... And 182s it seems.
People hate them on mk2s too lol.

I had an awful experience on oem pads at oulton, I was getting such bad judder I could barely get the car into gear.
Fitted the ds2500s and was stomping on them all day at Blyton, Anglesey and oulton(before the breakdown).
I wonder what's so different between the clios and megs, same brakes...
Are the meganes much heavier than mk3 Clios? I've not had ds2500s fade on me yet with hc discs and ate supergold.
I'm in a similar situation to you in that the car is a daily driver and occasional track car.
Although you may be more experienced than me or harder on brakes than me on track.
The picture on the box is so misleading!
It's of a petite hot female merrily carrying it in one hand as she strolls to the car.
Lies!
Either it's heavy as f**k or I'm weaker than a little fitty
That looks like a halfords on (same design). I'd get something substantial. Like the one i suggested lol

I also have the halfords kit poste above. Everything is still going strong 6-7 years on
If you've never gone on track in the Clio before, go with a completely standard car and see how you get on
You'll not kill a set of tyres on a track day. But if you're experienced and want a bit more performance, a second set of alloys with r1rs, RSRs, ns2rs or any other track tyre won't be a...
From what I've read, I wouldn't recommend full slicks on a standard car.
Something along the lines of the extra grip playing havoc with standard suspension/structural components.
Mismatching tyres is a bad idea too. Unless you're wanting oversteer?
When I bought my track wheels they had two ns2rs and two conti 3s. So I put the performance road tyres on the back and the track tyres on the front.
Straight away, even when cold, the ns2rs had much more grip than the...
How much are R1Rs in your size?
I've heard good things about them in the dry and the wet.
From what I understand. The t1rs are top of the budget tyres. So you may be better off getting something for wet and daily driving then a proper track tyre for the blue wheels.
rather than a set of...
Id hazard a guess that a wider front track will keep the front planted and let the rear move a bit more to help turn in.
Is buying a second set of alloys to fit track tyres an option for you?
I've got continentals on my road wheels which are so so on track in the wet so I'm after rainsports...
