I found my nipples would not budge and would've rounded off with an open ended spanner/12 sided ring spanner.
I put a 6 sided 11mm iirc (197 brembos) socket on them and was surprised at the amount of force I could apply... I think I need new nipples all round lol.
Passenger rear, driver...
I agree with the first bit, but I'm surprised there's not been a few pages of Clio sport comments yet.
Also, have you been on the egg nog early? It's odd to give this its own thread
Fitting, given the time of year.
Yet he posts a decorations thread in November!
I'm sure the boot would have to be fixed to the car properly for that to work properly.
If you fit it to a standard boot lid with a bit of flex I'm sure the wing will constantly be moving and some downforce produced would be absorbed by the damping of the boot hinges and rubber seals.

I put a quick gradient in the bottom layer then deleted the selection from the car layer
Which left me with one (rough Arse) car on a solid background.
This is not the only, best or most accurate way to do this, but it's quick and easy for someone new to photoshop.
Here's a very quick, very rough guide for anyone wanting to remove backgrounds in photoshop or similar.
The app I use is called art studio for iOS.

In the selection tools, I use this one. The name escapes me but it joins up points which you put on the image to make a...
Aren't harnesses meant to be mounted at shoulder level +/- a few degrees?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I always thought having them mounted lower than shoulder height can properly damage you in the event of a crash?
I thought that'd be the case lol Very brave!
Do the dynamique S (2.0 138bhp) models have wider front wings without the vents? If so it might be worth looking into those for the 197 look to the front of the car
I didn't know that.
The me hand did say to me "I know this fault could've come about on the road, but because you're here, you're not covered"
I was honest from the start ringing up saying "hi, I've broken down at oulton park"
"Is that a country park?"
"...err, no, it's a race track... I've...
Well, I know who I'm changing my breakdown cover to.
In my experience at least, the rac say that you can do one when it comes to track recovery.
I'll be ringing the aa to check this and telling the rac not to renew my policy if the aa will collect from a track
Although I don't think the...
It seems so, although i stressed that the car wasn't drivable and needed a tow truck, they sent someone out to try and repair it first.
When he arrived he explained that unless the car breaks down on a public road (no track days, no racing, no autosolos, no green laning etc) you're not covered...
I keep hearing people suggest that, but the breakdown guys aren't thick, how often does that work?
Especially when you have a boot full of wheels and tools lol
For those of you who drive the car to the track, how do you get home from a track day if the car is undrivable?
Say it's been crashed or it's had a break down, do you have some kind of cover to get home or do you just ring a recovery firm and pay through the nose?
The reason I ask is after my...
