May do but you have to think of the engine heat aswell. I got a k&n panel filter and made my own cold air feed pipe for my 1.2 8v and it does make a suprising amount of difference :)

I would recommend an ITG panel filter if your after a performance increase

Yea I do have a sunroof and yes there is a noise coming from inside when I turn corners sometimes (sounds like a ball bearing??) just thinking of one as a replacement. I do like my sunroofs tho even tho some cars are better without them :)

Ive seen one on the net for sale pretty cheap with all the components you need and was wondering if they were easy to fit or how much someone would charge to fit one. Anyone got any ideas??

Does the 16v or Willy need the vented bonnet to fit the engine in or could it still work/fit in ok with just a standard rl/rt bonnet for example. I know that no one would do it a the 16v/willy bonnets look ace + mean anyway but just curious :)

As per title really - always see 1.1 clios for sale even tho the badge is a 1.2. Technically I would class 1149cc as a 1.1 or a 1.15 maybe but how do Renault class it as a 1.2??

Isnt this a bug by windows, you can dowanload a path for it (or sp2) and it should sort it out. Doesnt sound like a bios problem to me :\

You could just get a full guage from an rt or a 1.4 with a rev counter and should just plug in and play if you didnt want the hassle

Done the exact same method on my car this weekend and noticed a difference. Mines a d7f engine with it running straight into the standard airbox. Need to sort out a proper pipe tho as mines stuck together with masking tape in places atm :o (just a temp thing)

Shame I aint got no pics it is a bit cheesy tho, basically ran a cold air feed into the place where the foglight should be on the pass side (mk1 ph3 1.2) have noticed a slight difference and acceleration seems a bit smoother. Highly recommended!! Used a k&n panel filter btw
