whilst i'm on the go with questions, has any 1 here ever converted the standard mk2 ph1 headlights from the single bulb to the sport ones? i'm not a big fan of angel eyes so would be intrested to know what sorta of work would be involved, i'm assuming alot of rewiring & soldering

The kinda clips that break once u remove them more than once? :( .. also any one know if the wirring will be a straight swap for the brake light or will it be the same deal as with the ph2 clusters, pulling out pins & putting them back in a diffrent order

after hunting around for weeks i've found my self a dynamique spoiler :cool: .. good price.. good condition.. only flaw is matey has said its mine if i come & remove it, he's not far away so pick ups ok my only worry is will it b a pig to remove? ie sealent & stuff or is it just a few screws...

Thanks :) .. i'm happy with it although still needs a dynamique spoiler ;) .. i got a great deal on the wheels - found a guy on ebay but he had no pic so guess there was a lack of intrest, i payed £200 & they came with over 6mm tread on all 4 & there conti tyres, v happy with em & to top it off...

ever since i got my car 4 months ago i've never been able 2 clean between the badges on the back.. if i remove the badges will there b holes there or is it just a case of doublesided tape? also how much would new badges for the back cost Thanks, James

I've got a mk2 ph1 clio & since i'm planning on keeping it for 2 years+ i'd like 2 work on making it as tidy as possible & next on my list is side skirts... will mk2 ph1 172 or even mk2 ph2 172/182 side skirts b a straight fit onto my clio Thanks, James

well could b many things.. 1. possibley blocked injectors making it run lean & cuase pre-ignition.. 2. reving it too high & hitting the limiter... 3. dirty filter.. i used an open air filter on 1.2 8v ( d7f engine ) for 1 day & took the thing off, just sounds annoying & felt as if i lost power...

Hi, would a mk2 ph2 dynamique spoiler fit a mk2 ph1 with out any probs like wiring & screw holes etc? looking 2 pick 1 up to improve the rear end but if its gonna b an arse 2 do i'll giv it a mis lol James
