    Its not an S2000 inlet, it has been designed as a bespoke inlet system for a clio, it doesnt have throttle bodies, just similar style runners this may happen. Andy

    thats normal for the top mounts to knock. you can space replace the mount with solid ones, or put some washers in to space it out a little or grind the metal from the turret (renault type fix) to get rid of that Andy

    if the errors come back then I would suspect a sensor fault. you can check the sensor with a voltmeter when the engine is running. essentially you should see 0.1-0.9 volts fluctuating up and down (when the engine is upto temp and idling) on the grey or black wire (cant remember on a sunday)...

    the myth is you need alot of fuel (unless your exhaust is UBER hot) as fuel cools the exhaust down and stops the flames. With the ignition retarded the flame is fired much later on in the cycle and with it not being used for power you will get pops. However too much r****d doesnt work either...
