try putting some on may deaden the noise a bit you can fit 70-90 odd mm ducting down in to the arch/horn area if you have removed the accoustic valve ect 100mm is a struggle though have a play and see what you can do

i sprayed mine with a little contact spray also and has not failed me yet .....fingers crossed

i had something simmilar with mine on the relay side of things when i moved the block with the fuses and relay it would cut out i removed the fuses and relay and they were all corroded due to ingress of water ect have you checked them?

Was a silver 182 on black wheels, was just the driver looking board as sht reg was MF54 xxx i was the Black ph 1 with miss matching hid lights :o had a cs sticker in drivers side rear window

removing th cc will effect your mpg its the only thing inthe way on the drivers side passenger side on ph 1 is the horns but can go down to one horn tbh ditch one and should be able to fit the pipe in ect
