It does come with a map. It's such a faff buying one second hand, I have no idea why people bother. The idea of buying them (second hand) with the maps is risky also. There are different types of ECU and different ECU software already installed on them, a 98RON map for one car may not be...

Your car should definitely rev to 7k. Unless your cts is shagged and the 'cold' rev limiter is coming in? Or timing could be out?

Won't work the way you're proposing as the RSTuner is locked to your VIN # when you use it. Just buy one, it's a lot less hassle. Worth keeping a hold of anyway for the diagnostics side of things.

Wow that's low mileage. How many Ph1s made it to NZ? I used to live in Oz and they only got 85 IIRC.

I used tempcover to bring my 172 down from Edinburgh. Cover was effective immediately.

I actually like the heavy clutch, and I have knackered knees and ankles thanks to genetics. I used to hate it when I first got the car, couldn't drive smoothly at all. Now I hate light clutches and wouldn't want one.

It's all your fault George, it was your box! For what a scratched bumper is worth, I'm just going to hang on to it for now and maybe get it repaired down the track.
