Lol, yeah was fed up of the steel wheels on there with bald tyres so got my Hankook RS2's fitted to the oz's.
The rear bumper doesnt have any rear tabs below the strip now, it's a tad 'flexible' but it'll be alright! Lol
Yeah its still a road car atm, but as soon as either someone buys my 182 interior/Recaros or I get the cage I'm after than it'll all be coming out and interior weight saving will commence.
Currently the car has...
AST Sportline 1's (Burpspeed setup)
Quaife ATB Differential
JMS RS-2 Extra
Grp...
Konigsports, can't comment on the Spax Danny sells but the durability of the FK's is unbelievable. Well dampened and sprung also, cheaper than the Spax on top of that.
Lol sorry Chris? Had you confused with someone else.
Tom from Wests Renault owned it, then the next owner was a guy called 'gibs' on here who didnt care for it. Terribly dishonest and talked bucket loads of s**t when I went to get the car, but the cars straight thankfully and I got it at a...
Was sold these by a chap on here, they're some custom made jobbies which needed a little bit of fettling but work now! Sit slightly lower than Trophy seats but not a significant amount.
Lol, nah it's how they came when I purchased the wheels mate, no money atm to spend on pretty things! :)...
...shed Racecar. Currently a work in progress as you can see but the cars roughly 75% ready, just a seat/saftey gear remaining to get for it.
Cheers
Nick
I know that if that Integras on the grid next year after winning the championship this year then I'll be a little miffed, especially that it has a current pro driver diving it is a tad irritating.
If I was to go back in time with my 172 Cup -
Refresh Shocks - £200
Camber Bolts - £20
Whiteline ARB - £150
OZ F1's with new PE2's - £350
Spend the further £780 on trackdays + tuition.
Tbh it would be hard work these days. I'm currently looking to sell my mint xenons, mint interior and they're not selling, people only seem interested in modified parts these days.
You can get a good, straight condition Arctic 182 FF for £2000 these days.
That car is worth pittance and is only worth breaking for spares. New ECU, coding etc will cost you the same as what it would cost to buy the car.
Nah I think Neil means the 'nana', which you doesnt own Chip. Very popular car back in the times, believe it was past few a few hands after a chap called Gaz had it I think.
Scutch - They do come as a standard wheel on some subarus like the legacy.
Chip - Having seen them on a Legacy Spec-B in 16" they look good on there, so on a clio they'd look far greater than the speedlines.
Not worth the outlay, hubs and driveshafts at the very least.
Personally i'd go with some eibach camber bolts for the front so you can add some negative camber, then on the rear try a stiffer spring than the front. Though the downside to this is an even stiffer spring will kill the rear shocks...
