Given that the RC5+'s have been designed to not squeal they are so much better value. Carbon Lorrianes have very good cold bite for aftermarket pads, the best I've used and when using them hard they never let off/fade. Both things that the Ferrodo doesn't excel in tbh. So given they are similar...

It made 158lb/ft of torque without even been mapped to adjust it from the standard length RS2 to the extra, though I doubt there'll be a massive difference. Not had the timing adjusted just yet but will be soon, recently had the cambelt done so no chance of putting the 197 cams in. What effect...

Nah carbon/GRP panels are allowed as they aren't different to the standard car platform/shape. So no splitters/extra vents/diffusers.
