Morning all, had a quick search on here and couldnt find anything conclusive. Would like to know whats required to do sprints etc, I know theres quite a few people on here that do it (shiftspark/sprintcup etc). Would just like to know how the class's work and rough costings for each day is etc...
I'm not talking solely about aftermarket with these calipers.
You say you can get disks for these calipers at the same price as the 1*2 Brembo disks, but are they like for like Brembo? As really you can't compare two different types of disk/pad pricewise really, and if you are then you can get...
Good on you for finding a cheap solution to bigger brakes, but I feel it's a bit of a false economy.
Calipers are cheap.
Brembo disks are £100? So double the price of the standard 1*2 brembo disks.
Aftermarket pads are hard to find and possibly more expensive.
So it seems your paying more...

Put the full 6000 words report mate, it may be long winded but if you don't save it yourself you can always refer back here to reminisce in years to come! Oh and I like a good read! ;)
When I have a brother that works for one the UK's biggest distributors of tyres, for the difference in cost I may as well just get a pair of tyres. Can't be arsed with the hassle of putting on and taking off them silly socks when the snow has thawed.
I don't commute so I'd only need them for extreme circumstances, really the car won't get used. Just need something that'll get me moving in the eventuality of massive amounts of snow, not ideal but it'll do. Not planning on being a Petter Solberg either.
Williams seats are epic, I tried once fitting them from a Mk1 to mk2 but it didn't fit. Tried fitting the subframes off each other seat but again to no avail. Looks like you'd need custom seat mounts for them I'd say.

There's no faulting Matts ECU calibration skills, having driven the Burpspeed car it's a peach to drive. Obviously that's coupled with a great engine build by Danny.
As for everything else he does, I'm not...
Just downloaded it.
Got a very big C.M. Dirt feel about it! Fun though! Like Luke said though, no feedback and no dirt/damage on the cars even though I put damage on. No doubt be on there come the full game release.
Pleasantly surprised as I had no interest in buying it!
Oh, and I pwned Chris...
Quaife is what I'm putting in my racecar. Fit and forget. Though the Gripper does work better, but I can't be arsed to take it out loads to have it serviced etc. That little benefit of extra traction is pointless when I could just learn the circuit better, or having better suspension.

Have you done the 12 tasks? That sets you off with a free Gold Premium pack. Wish I'd never paid out for a couple of silver packs and just gone straight to gold.
Other than that the games pretty addictive! Put in some serious game time in the last couple of days.
Only bug bare is I can't seem...
Evening guys, think I'm going to bail tonight. Having only just got in from work and had a completely horrific day I need to chill out this evening.
Sorry for it being so late notice, will definately be up for another meet like this in the future.

Cheers all! Indeed the wheels look epic, wasnt sure at first but it was these or poor offset battered steel wheels so think ive made the right choice!
Indeed, will be at all the meets coming up! Have you got the standard airbox and all the gubbings mate?
Defogged - Check.
Spare engine if it...
So just this evening, officially the Trophy changed hands from Sir_Dave to myself. Drives awesome for a Clio with 186,601 miles, better than quite a few clios i've driven actually!
Plans -
Needs an interior so a 172 Cup interior's being sorted.
Fit lower arms and track rod arms/ends off the...
LOL.
The new Focus RS must be dangerous to drive then!
Tbh I'm quite happy it being a 5door, I'm fed up of owning 3 doors now for all the hassle they come with.
Engine sounds alright, prefer N/A but without driving this new engine it's hard to say what sort of character it has.
Lookswise I...
