Thats me! haha only just spotted this thread. I was tailing the silver Vectra infront of me so i wouldnt get lost on the way to his house.
The aftermarket Ktec exhaust is looking worse for wares at the moment, i need a new cat fitting kit and middle exhaust mount to stop it hanging so low :(...
There are products out there that do this such as "Clifford Intellistart" but they dont seem compatible with the Clios alarm.
I just start the car then go back inside and proceed to eat my breakfast while standing in the window keeping an eye on it :)
Ive got the Ktec CF one and can vouch for it taking a battering.
My driveway is on a slope and im constantly scraping it on the way up. Ive worked out i have to drive on at a 90 degree angle going <5mph otherwise it scrapes. However due to the busy road thats not always a choice.
I also...
Its all a farce anyway. I took mine to have its bonnet "checked" and all the guy did was open it, spray some WD40 on the mechanism and shut it again. That was it.
Nothing was replaced or tested.
If you've just had a 172 written off you might want to look at the insurance costs before rushing out to get another 172. I imagine its probably going to have increased... alot :p
To be honest 3k for an 03 plate cup on 68k is about right if it performed to match. Im sure you could knock him down after that less than impressive test drive if you wanted a cup on the cheap.
These cars are only Clios afterall, expecting showroom finish perfection on a 6yr old car isnt going...
Its a good game and worth a play through, just dont expect any replay value or multiplayer fun from it.
Its deffinately unique. Its like a 3rd person game where you effectively play as a general commanding your horde of troops (imps) to do your dirty work. You can also wade into battle and...
So let me get this straight.
At work you have a 3rd party (none Microsoft) application for viewing insurance claims and the application allows you to drag and drop MSOutlook emails into it?
I would never recommend dragging and dropping over a Citrix connection. No doubt you will have to use...
Hi,
Didnt really know where else to post this but figured this was as good a place as any.
Just received an email via prometric this afternoon. Aparently they are running a promo until 31st December which is offering up to 25% off various Microsoft exams. I might actually finish off my MCSE...
The plastic bit that swivles in the middle of the blade with the lift up catch. Pop it out of the rest of the blade so you have the little block free.
Try and fit it to the hook without the wiper blade in the way and you will find its tight (at least mine was). Once i had stretched the wiper...
^ You trust them enough not to cause it to fail on something?
Dont get me wrong Kwik Fit has their uses and i cant fault them at wheel or exhaust related work and ive used them in the past but things like this and Nationwide Autocentres "free MOT" always makes me suspecious.
Curley you need to bend the hook slightly open. I used a large screwdriver and inserted it under the hook and used it to stretch the hook slightly. They then slotted on fine. The hooks are made from tough stuff so dont worry.
They fit, but some of them require modifying. For example the Clio V6 / Trophy spoiler has a different connection plug for the rear brake light (its a square socket, normal mk2 clios are round) from knowledge.
Do a search on here its been covered alot :)
My advice is just pick one weapon and unluck everything for it then switch attachments to match games. So Heartbeat for Free-For-All or Red-Dot for TDM.
I use the SCAR for open levels where range is needed such as Quarry.
I use the P90 SMG for close levels such as Favala and Airport.
Dont bother putting tints back in when you get replacement windows. Its like having a big sign saying "i have a sub and amp in my boot" as the 2 normally go hand in hand.
IE people with tints normally are the kind of people who spend money on aftermarket sound systems.
Nah the pipe was causing knocking over bumps (metal on metal i guess). So i found a rubber stopper at work, drilled a hole through it and then cable tied in place. But yeah i did copy your idea tbh :)
Gray-Motorsport still gets all the credit for the Tow Eye which Pepsi was telling me how he...
Turtle Wax Black in a Flash has now been applied!
But its too dark for pics now. And you were right m4rkie23 it does finish it off nicely but trying to carefully apply it to all the plastics without touching my nice paint work was annoying!
Hi all,
I havent posted any pictures of my car up before as i didnt think there was anything that interesting about it when i look at the other topics created in here. I took my car to Pepsi's over the weekend and left it with him while i was away and here are the results:
- Cleaned, Clayed...
I know what you mean. They take up 1/3rd of the screen with a big white box with yellow glowing border saying "+150 for killing someone!!!" followed by another "+50 for getting revenge!!!!" and "+50 for stoping him from a kill streak!!!" etc
Does kinda detract from the warfare setting and make...
