Seems like it went into safety mode, limited to 3k revs. Cant be anything too serious. Try and get it on a diagnostic machine. Also, try calling the guy you bought it off, politely ask if he ever had any problem with it. Where are you based.?

Bonnet bra's are gash.. Can only act to hamper aerodynamics, something a 1.2 Clio could use more of! lol. How about using Armourfend or Venture Sheild if you want save the paint work!? Would probably cost less than that automotive langerie.. Just my opinion though.. ;-)
