They can take more then 250bhp, they can't be that bad if they can run a megane at stage 2 reliably..

Rods are the same IIRC, pistons are stronger..

For reliablilty over anything else, whilst the bottom end is being rebuilt, tbh. Meg Pistons and forged rods would be a good and cheapish upgrade..

I have heard of them running over 300bhp, I think the main thing they struggle with is the torque, not 100% sure though. but they can easily and reliably run 280bhp with decent torque figures..

It could also be used as an advantage when you 's**t' all over their car when they try to race you.. ;)

Why not go for F4RT pistons and rods for the power you have they will handle that pretty well? This was the route I was going to go down originally but plans have changed now.. Also F4RT pistons and rods can be picked up quite cheap now a days

Yes, it won't make the 'world' of difference but it'll be a lot more driveable. No need for uprated anything..

Spacers would make it worse, different offset wheels could cure it though..

You can make brembos fit under 15s with the correct brackets, Caliper modification. But unless you do that, 16s or above..

They should last the life of the vehicle, so say. They aren't like halogens. 5000k is pure white, no hint of blue or yellow.. Perfect colour..

Get some 5000k bulbs from HIDs4U. Spot on..
