TD's are a 73.1 bore after a quick google, so get spigots to suit that :)

Some bolt-to-hub spacers will do the trick fine, same bore etc as the front.
but you can get shims that sit behind the hub for the back, so it wont but any extra strain on your bearings
Those locking crimps are strange but i cant see them not working, 15a is more than enough.
iirc the interior lights are backed up by a 20a, and the circuit includes the radio, electric mirrors & something to do with the air con. I cant see those LED strips pulling much current, but it doesnt...
