good option. If you do decide to replace the hub, I've never bothered with a ball joint remover. I find it easier to remove the ball joint from the wishbone, then remove the ball joint from the hub if re-using it. When refitting, put in one of the strut bolts, then one of the ball joint bolts...

Yes but the haldex front/rear clutching system should be driving the rear wheels in the above video. I would imagine he's drained the oil from the central clutch for that video. This would also reduce his transmission losses. R32 turbos are truely awesome. but the 5 pot 20v is still the best...

I'd check the wiring. It fails where the wires connect into the tailgate at the top, was a common fault on MK1 clios. if you can, check for a connection between wires in the tailgate and wires in the car/roof. You won't be able to see the cores frayed in the wires from visual inspection alone...

what gearbox is it running? Most the valver gearboxes are not built for power, williams (JC5) are a little stronger but not much.

How is that going to work? I thought the T5s were all FWD transverse mounted? Are there some longtitudinal T5s? Sounds interesting. :)
