common mistake...powerflex dog bone, powerflex upper engine mount insert and leave the other old knackered mounts on!!
with all new mounts and the inserts vibration should be minimal.
i've seen the pivot on the tensisoner cease up after under 12 months!! it can be stripped and sorted out, takes about 5 minutes once it's off the car.
two checks, visual condition of the belt, especially the ribbed side and pull on the belt a few times and make sure the tensioner is moving freely.
try with proper pin, you could easily be a degree or so out on the crank with a drill bit. also you sure it's in the locking hole not the balance drilling?
