Its got a nice subtle throaty noise. Nothing too trevvy which is perfect for me!
Just been out for a little thrashing and I have to say the remap has added so much more life to it.
Would recommend both to anyone!
Finally got a new K-tec Ultra performance Sports Exhaust along with a remap done on the Trophy.
Sounds great and the power delivery is smoother.
Cheers David, I'm another happy customer:)
Cheers for that.
Do you find the maxogen has improved performance much?
I've currently got an ITG and can't decide whether to swap it for a maxogen or just get a new exhaust and remap first.
Where can I get one of those to replace the standard intake pipe from?
Mainly as I'm thinking of buying an ITG Maxogen and want a larger air duct.
Cheers
Thanks again for squeezing my Trophy in at such short notice. Now gives me a good baseline before I get the new exhaust and remap.
Good to meet you all!
Hi buddy,
No traded it in 2 weeks ago for a Megane 225 for my wife. She had the Trophy before that, but I always prefered it to my 197.
Cheers for the comments. Both cars got a good clay and polish the other week:)
Next time stay alert, I must have looked a right numpty waving!
Traded my 197 in today for a Megane 225 for my wife. Means I now have the Trophy permanently and I love it to bits. Only reason we bought it in the first place was because I wanted it;)
Yeah I know what you mean mate.
thinking of selling it in a few months, but not made up my mind yet. I'd prob end up with my wife's Trophy as she wants a Racing Blue 182. I'm not fussed as I love the Trophy (and it was me that wanted it in the first place!)
1.2 engine? I'm confused. Couldn't they have spent the money on a decent model to start with instead of adding more weight to an already powerless lump?
