Wouldn't think so, people have run ITB's with a Polo rad for yonks and not had any issues with the rad or overheating due to the rad, that I've heard of anyway.

Honda Civics you need to take the coolant reservoir off the car and the washer bottle to get the OS headlight, that'd be a right b**ch to do at roadside, you'd need a bucket and spare coolant to do it properly.
