Get a 2nd hand one, If you sign up you can check the sales section here and they come up quite often, Renault will charge a small fortune for a new one, if desperate ring a breaker on Ebay there is plenty in pieces on there or try ECP.

I have the Spax kit, the springs on the rear are rotten and gone back to cup ones for the time being as MOT on Friday, but I really rate them, some dont but the comfort on them is great.

depends on how far you have gone already, if the belts etc are recent then keep it going, if all needs changing with other stuff too then it's debatable.
