to the enthusiast community yes but imagine a 18yr old who wants one because hes just been in his mates and now one that's been chipped to 260bhp has came up for sale, no reason to doubt the advert, all he knows is his mate is going down in the traffic light grand prix!!
Im not a fan of cheap modern laptops, id rather go for something a bit older and refurbished/2nd hand, it comes back to the sort of argument would you rather have a brand new Kia or a 2nd hand VW, it really is personal opinion!

non genuine ones are boomy and the bends are always restrictive on them.
ive just fitted a new genuine one on mine and the car sounds as it should, nice noise when going for it and quiet around town. fits perfect too of course

slicks to me are not road tyres, and if that's what they refer to on here then that's odd?
for that reason i think nominating a road tyre rather than slicks would be better, as many of us yonger ones don't have licences to tow so we could have road legal cars (of course you can swap wheels but it ends up with everyone with road wheels lying about just complicates things!

standard inlet/airbox, no matching.
standard ecu, do what you want with mapping (everyone will just run fastchip 98ron!)
standard diameter discs and standard callipers do as you please with manufactuer/compound
nominate a tyre for the series...
never driven a 197 but I found the low down pull on my 200 better than my 172's but obviously that was one of the 200s stronger points with the different cylinder head and gearbox ratios
something looks funny with the back end of your car, heres my most recent one, you will notice my front drivers hub is bent and had to be corrected with a camber bolt until I get a new one ordered, also my caster is out as im running cup arms
loosen the 4 bolts on the upper drivers side engine mount, get someone to pull the engine forward as far as you can and tighten the mount back up, that usually cures it!
I bought a 172 for £1000 and spent £1300 on it the day I got it to make me happy with it.
now its a bit tatty on the outside/inside but it drives perfect!
