So much for being an uncommon colour, I better get rid and buy something more rare!
Or I could just wait for you lot to get bored and break them for parts :rasp:
Proper Clio owners drive a Monaco! Who's the other Monaco by the way; Me, Dan & ???
I'll try to get to the next meet as long as I get my arse in gear and get the Clio actually starting!
I'll defiantly be there at some point next year but no idea when?!? Somewhere between April-October sounds good...
Will help though if the Clio actually starts :S
Because of the bit I've circled at the top as the black one is different there too??
Also am I right in guessing that the other bit I've circled is a date stamp??
Below are two of the inlets with the differences I can see circled on the blue one. Looking at my own car in the dark with a torch I'm guessing the blue one is a 182 and I'm hoping the black one is a PH2 172???
Another difference I haven't circled is the hole to the right of where the coil pack...
Basically I've got three sets of inlets that I assumed would fit a PH2 172 or a 182 (long story!!). However I've just been informed there's a difference?? What's the difference then and how do I tell if my inlets are for a 172 or a 182???
Thanks
:o
Tried getting a bit of info on this in the faults section but no one even replied!!
Basically the car won't start and the electrical fault/ignition fault light is on (the one with the heartbeat line..). First time it did it last week I tried it again later that day and it started first time...
Have just used the built in fault finding mode and it's showing a t which is an injection fault if what I've read is true???
Does this help diagnose what the problem might be??
Also forgot to mention last time incase it's useful that previously on a couple of occasions while sitting in traffic...
I'm looking to have a window sticker made but N2 on here can't make what I want.
Anyone recommend any other companies that might be able to help???
Thanks
As title really!
First time it did it the other morning I tried it again later that day and it started first time?? Since then I've tried it 4-5 times on different days and it won't start! Electrical fault warning light is on and the battery has plenty of life in it.
What's going on then CS...
I need to get booked in with you at some point really but no idea when at the moment! Need a fairly bad knocking looking at from the front end, the suspension adjusting to a more track based setup, the bonnet fitting that I asked about and also the reverse sensor sorting.
What would be best then and what's the difference??
Currently on the car I have a set of JMS/APD matched inlets.
I now also have;
A set of ported/polished (bottom one is RS stamped) inlets.
An upper inlet that has had the runners gas flowed and enlarged, and also the throttle body opening...
If anyone wants a cruise control wheel to send off for trimming I've got one on the link below.
Had my wheel trimmed by the same guy a while back and I totally recommend him!

No just when I saw you at the last Diss meet she was your girlfriend, then on a thread a while back I saw she was your finance and now she's your wife!

For anyone interested here's all my video footage I got from the Renaultsport trackday last week at Brands Hatch. Can't imagine you'll want to watch them all so if you want the faster laps go for videos 3/4 as they're from later in the day. Also for good measure a few pics of the car as well...
