What coilovers? Maybe something has been assembled in correctly. I know there is sometimes very very slight differences between units but not enough to see by the eye after fitting. Tyre pressures ok? Parked on level ground?

Rs clios are meant to run super unleaded anyway but will run on standard fuel. Imo there is no point mapping a car with a map which has to have high octane fuel, then run it on normal unleaded.

I would put the intake back to standard or as near possible. I can't see that causing the issue but it would be sucking hot air in. As said the cat needs to be glowing.

Number 3 and 4 is what you need If it has popped out a new one will do the same due the inside lip of number 2 getting damaged slightly.

Its clipped on the inside due to how close it runs to the engine block. So the retaining clip you attach to hold the boot on will rip off.
