Drive it like its stolen. Then after a week or so if you still don't feel its right, take it to a specialist to get it checked over. Timing can* cause these to run bad but so can other things.

Another option to consider is the 4 x 100pcd civic 286mm disc upgrade. Needs the centre bore maching by a few mm. Heres one i found but no need for the brackets. http://jdmaster.net/product/honda-front-brake-upgrade-286mm/
