i was in the co op yesterday, the 200 was actually clean for a change ha!
my 182 isnt on the road mate, its outside on axle stands with a few bits missing
Mexborough mini meet?
Mexborough is a dream for me, I lived in Bradford for 23 years. Living here is like being at butlins.
My car insurance dropped £600 a year just because I moved lol
i see the cortonwood group of cars regular, most of them are a joke tbh. as i was pulling out of maccys a pratt in a corsa c thought he was king racer when he beat my transit van. riveting stuff
Banderson, Fred means set the height you want on the passenger side. Then on the drivers side wind that to the same height on the adjuster and then take it up 7mm so on the adjusters the drivers side is 7mm higher than the passenger side.
Then when the car is sat on level ground with the...
i havent had my 182 long (about 3 weeks) and it came with v maxx already on. i agree with you mate, they are very soft. slightly stifffer and they would of been spot on IMO
some retarded motorsport company fit my v maxx when the previous owner had it. they fit the coilovers so the car was wonky, the long bolts securing the dampers were hand tight ,the rear springs upside down and no rear adjusters. supposed very good motorsport company = morons.
if fitted...
the annoying thing is the arch gaps could be down to unlevel ground. which is why its a ball ache to do.
has your car ever been involved in a rear end bump?
the reason i ask is i have seen this before on another car and it turned out the rear beam was bent, bowed at one side.
with a tape measure, yes.
the tarmac in my car park is not level, it looked very wonky. so i moved the car off the tarmac and parked it next to my van where there ground is level. i measured from the centre of the wheel to the top of the arch and got a 2 to 3mm difference from side to side.
i had this yesterday with my v maxx coilovers. i was doing some gardening and i noticed my 182 was wonky. after messing about it turned out it was how the car was parked. looking at it after i moved it it was 2mm lower at one side than the other. im hoping to change them soon or i would of...
i have just been using the bog standard iphone camera (im a s**t photographer);
for a phone camera i think its very good quality, i have never had a digital camera though to compare with.
would you class your insurance as high? honestly ? im fully comp with protected NCB with all mods declared and its £630 a year on my 182. i never understood people that are paying £1000's.
do you not shop around for your insurance?
Before my car Was taken off the road I noticed a high pitched squeaking loud noise at high rpm. I think it's my dephaser pulley giving up the goose. Mine needs the belts doing hence why i have taken it off the road.
Seriously the insurance isn't that expensive mate if you use specialists. The company I use have insured mr on my 2004 182. I'm not allowed to fit cams or turbo or anything but alloy wheels, coilovers and exhaust and air filters I can do as I please and it doesn't effect my premium. I think it's...
