    Does anyone know for definite what size the bolt is that holds the pretensioner to the seat, is it definitely M10? What about the one on the other side of the seat (The outer side of the car) that holds the belt down the bottom? Same size?

    I switch back and forth between standard and sabelt regularly and have had no problems with airbag lights. Use resistors in the aftermarket one.

    when was the last time you have wheel alignment done? Regardless of whether it sorts your problem, its always a good idea to get it done once a year or so. Transforms the handling.

    So where you mount the harness lap belt bit either side of the seat, the standard bolt that attaches the pretensioner isn't the same size?

    Although having seen your other thread about an airbag being set off, unless you've had the module reset/replaced, resistors won't turn the lights off until you've done this. If an actual airbag has been triggered, you can't turn the light off yourself.

    Sorry. Replied to your post in the other thread now. No leave the other wires. They won't trigger the airbag light. Just the pretensioner and airbag

    Hopefully this should help: On each side, to bypass airbag, you are correct. Resistor between the coloured wires on the black plug, ignore the black wire. For pretensioner, you need a resistor in the grey connector as shown in the pic below. The other wires are for Seatbelt warning beeper and...
