The seatbelt pretensioner/buckle are all in one unit. So you just bolt that on to the bucket seat subframe. I've use my original belts with my buckets no problem. (Ignore the labels I nicked this from my airbag wiring guide in the guides section, but shows the hole it bolts onto the seat through)

Common problem. Unplug rear clusters, use WD40/Electrical contact cleaner and a wire brush or similar to clean connectors.

Iirc, if you have steelies as standard they use radius nuts, Most alloys need tapered nuts. Although sounds like could just be a one off with it coming loose! Just keep an eye on it.

Sounds like you forgot to plug in the wire that connects it to the dash display, and the radio is asking for you to enter the code. But obvs as the screen isn't working you wouldn't be aware of this! (unless your screen is working then Its not so simple lol.
