Speakers are 5.25" Front and back. Not all models have rear speakers fitted from factory however.
Parrot Handsfree Kit if installed correctly first time should just be plug and play with the new headunit. May need a few wires swapping over, depending on how it was originally installed...

Just undo the nuts on top of each rail. Then you can lift the seat without undoing the rails from underneath.
Three nuts on one rail, two on the other.
Careful of the driver side one though, on the rail closest to the handbrake is the seat position sensor that is riveted to the rail...
Had my Recaro's a while now, but recently got some Sabelt 3 point double release harnesses (with an extra buckle in the rear strap)
I've managed to fit them whilst retaining all the standard belts, so I can choose as and how I'm feeling, and if I want passengers in the rear I can just undo the...

Got a set of Sabelt Harnesses to go with my Recaros.
I've managed to fit them whilst retaining the existing belts, so I've got the option for both.
They're 3 point, with a buckle in the rear strap, so I can undo this if I ever need passengers in the back easily.

I couldn't find any M10 eye bolts long enough, they were all 23mm in length. Demon Tweeks/Ebay do them.

Just used original M10 torx bolts and clipped the harnesses to these.
It is easier obviously to just used a ISO female to male extender, then just cut the wires.
Depends how keen you are for quality/what power you're running etc.
What spot pads should I buy for use with DA/Rotary, as my Hexlogic ones have disintegrated (Green,White,Black) ?
Stick with Hexlogic ones or are there better set for the 4" spot pad?
