are the cup seat runners removable?

Brilliant, do you know if the runners are level on the floor or is it going to have to be custom subframe?

are the cup seat runners removable?

I might be getting some seats out of an mx5 for the 172 but was wondering about the bases, are they removable from the standard seats or would the only way be making/buying runners? Was having a chat with my dad about it and we reckon they're welded to the seat.

    Fitting Component Speakers

Mine are under the dash too, easy job to do really, it took me 5 mins to remove the dash. Also cut the standard loom and wired the crossover inbetween, so if needed you could just change the speakers back to standard using the standard connector blocks.

    Misfire?

Hey guys I think I've got a misfire on my 172 cup. It's hesitating to rev at the lower end, but frees up a little around 3.5k. Does this sound like a misfire and what could I do to check?

    engine colour coding

I could only see on my phone earlier, and now I can see on a big screen I can tell you it probably isn't going to be that easy, wait until someone who has a 100% answer before ripping everything apart.

    engine colour coding

I'd imagine it would be the same as a 1*2 manifold, unbolt the coil pack, unclip any plugs or breathers, unbolt the manifold and lift off. Make sure you cover any inlets, or stuff some clean tissue in them. Then prepare and paint.

    Should Have Done It Sooner

I only have experience with spark plugs in a 2 stroke engine, but they look fine, maybe a TINY bit rich. (and I mean a tiny bit.) If the car is running fine, then what's the problem? Have you noticed a difference with the new plugs in?

And insurance is under a grand, no parents added, no cheating whatsoever. I don't know why all the kids these days pay thousands for little engines cars, it's insane!

The "Ive taken a pic and I kinda like it" thread

Yeah, I can't fault the kit lens, as long as it's used properly it can produce some decent shots. I've also got a Nikkor 55-300 AF VR2 an it's eye opening to say the least at how far away you can get at 300mm!

The "Ive taken a pic and I kinda like it" thread

Me? Kit lens, nikkor DX 18-55 VR with a cheap shitty wide angle screw on. To be fair I chucked it on AP, 5.3 and shot away. It's been a while since I've used my camera so I forget to do things like set the aperture.
