Just test drove a racing blue 172 tonight, can get it for 7995 but insurance is killing me...1200!!!!!

Folks My gf has just bought an old 1996 clio RL for a runaround, shes wanting a cd player fitted. Will this car have a 12V dc electric system with a negative chassis and standard ISO connectors?? I'm just gonna get a cheap player from halfords or the like.. Ta for any help.

Lads I stuck the jump leads on and hooked em up to my mates car, the clio started first time with the leads on and seems to be firing ok now. Odd considering the battery wasnt flat in the first place but its done the trick at the minute. Will keep you posted.
