Should I? I feel that it handles quite well as it is but of course it would look far better if it was lowered a bit, the question is...if I do how far do I go? I dont really want it as low as my last clio when I was biting chunks out of my tongue evert time I hit a minor hole!
Advice and if...
Well, I still get a hard-on every time I put my foot down BUT the first problem is here, namely in that the bulb behind the rev counter flicks on and off at random, must be something loose.
FFS!
Actually wasnt a Boucher Road pickup, bought it from another dealer in Knock..
As for the fogs, just stuck em on for that pic, I hate folk that use them in clear weather!

After much confusion and a check of the chassic number through the DVLNI it turned out that the car is a 182 so I got in touch with you guys again and you gave me a brilliant price.
Anyone not already doing so, USE THESE GUYS!
After a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng wekk finally the day arrives and I got to pick up my new car. Driving it home I was very pleased with how quick it felt but only when I actually went up to 6000rpm in 2nd and felt that kick that some of you talk about was I amazed! Such a smile I had on my boat race...
Im in Belfast which surprisingly is quite a cheap area to be insured in, the car is also parked in a secure carpark every night. I dont understand why they told me they wont insure me for it when other people here have obviously getting quoted and ARE being insured.
Neil from Greenlight, if...
You cant give me a good quotation, even though ive got 3 years NCB and am 26 years old it seems you wont insure me on a 172 yet you will insure a 182. I understand that there may have been a lot of claims from 172's but i'm hardly a boy racer ffs! Also, oddly, there seem to be folk on here who...
I always take great pleasure even in my 1.2 on 2 motorways sliproads, one going to work and one comin gback...I simply cannot wait to gun the 172 on those sliproads this coming Thursday.
Haha tighten ye.
Ok also, a totally noob question but can someone actually explain to me the difference between a 172 and the 182? Is it just an interior thing or does the 182 perform better?
Everyone has to start somewhere fella, i'm stuill driving my first car which was an 01 1.2 Dynamique, that will soon change however when I find a nice Cup or Trophy.
I'm after one from 04 or maybe 05 and am trying to get a rough estimate on how much I would need to part with to pick one up.
Also, anyone from N. Ireland know what insurance for such a vehicle would be like? I'm 26 with 3 years no claims and 1 fault accident.
Folks
My gf has just bought an old 1996 clio RL for a runaround, shes wanting a cd player fitted. Will this car have a 12V dc electric system with a negative chassis and standard ISO connectors?? I'm just gonna get a cheap player from halfords or the like..
Ta for any help.

I stuck the jump leads on and hooked em up to my mates car, the clio started first time with the leads on and seems to be firing ok now. Odd considering the battery wasnt flat in the first place but its done the trick at the minute.
Will keep you posted.
Well now the thing is turning over but wont fire up, what the f**k is going on. Im starting to hate this car, every week a new problem os some sort. Sickening.
