I always assume cars for sale on ebay are either dodgy or in a right state.
I would never agree to buy a car before viewing it either so ebay is a no go imo.
lol, it's a RenaultSport, they are designed to be thrashed. If someone had it as an urban dweller I would walk away.
Most obvious symptoms of a blowing exhaust other than the noise is the mpg, have you checked that?
Mine plummeted to circa 22/24 mpg when mine was blowing.
Get either a ph1 or a cup imo.
You can easily see mid to high 30's on the motorway and low 30's around town but only if you give it a good run on the weekend. From my experience if you potter around for longer than a week the mpg drops to high 20's and lower if you have a heavy foot.

Seen that thread greeny, I trust they will be fine as it states they've solved the issue, I don't need the adjustments the AST's provide so I've decided for once to save a few pennies and get the lower priced option.
Thanks for all the comments. :D
Went up to my favourite photo location for a few pics in the sun whilst it's here.
Since FCS I've removed both of the rear window stickers and fitted powerflex bushes to the dogbone mount.
I've ordered some K-tec fixed top mounts just this afternoon as the offside mount is knocking so much...
Liners are goosed on mine too, they used to have a lip but 30 minutes of track put an end to that....aswell as two other huge pieces that virtually just popped off afterwards.
I want to remove mine, could even lower it more but as mentioned I'd be worried about water/dirt getting into places it...
