wouldnt say its dangerous , just can make yer tyres wear unevenly , n when u slamm on it might pull to one side

ye that het sink should be fine fans all have either 3pin or connect to a molex, if they connect to main board u`ll need 2 pin as these have rpm lines on, if its molex ones u can allways use adapters / wire them in yer self. all are same voltage n amps...

if u mean yer normal films u use on pc then send them deirect to psp no , i believe u have to have the right resolution and fps for them to work , also that will just be a card reader + hd not a stadalone item . yer dave u can get 4gb cards but at a price a psp can act as a lot of things...
