i about to order the subframe and slides for my seat but need to know how many harness eyes i need to buy? is it 4? its for a 4 point harness.... oh and its a mk1 clio.

won this on e-bay for £195 with a luke 6 point harness, seat is a sparco pro 2000. need to sort a subframe and a set of runners before it goes in the car tho, hopefully get them this week. going to get another one when money allows. from just sitting in it now can tell it will be good, can't wait:D

posting these up on behalf of wazza16v as photos were taken on my camera. he came round yesterday and we fitted the rear shocks and done the rear beam, it is sitting spot on imo and i think it looks very very nice, enjoy.

went to hillpower yesterday to collect my hybrid, had williams widetrack fitted with aload of new parts and a set of fk konigsport coilovers. also got the supersprint manifold fitted, uprated fuelpump and another remap due to it running lean, well pleased with the results... the dotted line on...

thought id get a few pics of my efforts at polishing and waxing the hybid today, tried the meguiars 3 stage deep crystal stuff and gave good results imo. was very shocked at how much s**t came off when i used the 1st paint cleaner even tho it had just been washed and looked clean to my eyes...

went down to the garage today and they had finished fitting the engine in my car , felt well strange driving back home, but no problems or strange noises to report either , feels very very fast now its on the 15's and got no ice in so its staying like that till after pod... as all was going...

as you all probley know i smashed my hybrid last friday, iv been on the hunt for 1 like mad since then and found this 1 yesterday. its a 93/94 mk1 ph1 1.8 16v with full leather int, 6 months t and t very clean body, no rust, 91k got it for £900 which is a good price imo, ill get some better...
