You can get a 4 gauge wire throught the gromet, I did anyway. The only other way is to drill a hole yourself.

Same as, put them on my Mk1 172 and the adjustment is crap as on soft it just bounced everywhere and on hard was OK but pointless, maybe a different spring was needed but didn't know what rate. Had the sent of to GAZ for a check but they where said to be OK? IMO wouldn't buy GAZ again, and...
