from that picture of you're top engine mount it looks fine! but the actual rubber part between the mount and the car body shears in two you can only check this by removing the upper part of the mount. by the looks of it you have a poorly installed exhaust and will definatly be a fubared lower...

the chap only looked about 12 just about see over the steering wheel lol
